Le chant qui fait le silence
Il suffit d'un geste. La main glisse, lente, le long de l'arête, et le bol s'éveille.
D'abord une note grave et pleine. Puis, au-dessus d'elle, tout un voile d'harmoniques qui montent et se croisent sans qu'on sache où elles finissent. Le son gagne en amplitude. On l'entend, puis on le ressent : une vibration douce qui semble nous envelopper et poser autour de soi comme une bulle de calme.
Bol chantant tibétain, inspiré de la tradition. Depuis des siècles, on lui associe l'équilibre des chakras et ces instants de recentrage qu'on s'offre loin du bruit.
Le rituel, en trois temps
- Cherchez un lieu calme et installez-vous confortablement.
- Fermez les yeux quelques secondes avant de jouer, le temps de vous déposer.
- Laissez la main parcourir le bord du bol, d'un mouvement lent et régulier. Il n'y a rien à réussir, seulement à écouter.
À mesure que le son s'élève, beaucoup décrivent un relâchement si profond que la notion du temps semble s'effacer. On ne suit plus le son, on est dedans. Le son vit en nous, et nous vivons dans le son.
