We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, Parker & Lane New York offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, cancellations, and missing packages are handled.
Please read this policy carefully before sending any return.

1. Your Right to Return
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
The 30-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered to you or to the delivery location provided at checkout.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions listed in this policy.
Return requests made after the 30-day return window may be refused.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- The item must be undamaged
- The item must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke smell, pet hair, or any other signs of wear
- Original tags must still be attached, where applicable
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided, such as your order number or order confirmation email
Trying an item on at home is allowed. Wearing the item out or using it beyond what is necessary to check the fit, size, or style is not allowed.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to you, or refunded at a reduced value at our discretion.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, personalization, or final sale reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Intimate apparel, underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or broken
- Earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Items returned without original tags or required packaging, where applicable
If an item is non-returnable, this may be stated on the product page, at checkout, or in the product description.
4. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item or items you want to return
- The reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We will review your request and respond with return instructions.
Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without approval may be refused or may not be processed.
5. How to Package Your Return
When returning an item, please:
- Use the original packaging where possible
- Include the item with all original tags attached
- Include any accessories, inserts, dust bags, or packaging that came with the item
- Include your order number or return authorization information inside the package
- Seal the package securely
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If approved, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or offer another suitable solution.
7. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment provider.
For PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or other payment methods, refunds will be processed according to the payment provider’s own timeline and terms.
We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
8. Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund if:
- The item shows signs of wear, use, stains, damage, or alteration
- Original tags, packaging, accessories, or inserts are missing
- The item is returned late and we choose to accept it at our discretion
- The item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it
If a return is rejected, we may return the item to you. You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
9. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
This helps ensure the replacement item is available and can be shipped as quickly as possible.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
We may request that the item is returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
11. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging and label, where possible
- A short explanation of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
12. Missing Items or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing from your package, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of what is missing
- Photos of the package and items received
We will review your order and provide a suitable solution where appropriate.
Please note that orders containing multiple items may sometimes ship separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
13. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first.
After processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery generally takes 7–10 working days.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please first check:
- Your mailbox
- Front door, porch, lobby, or mailroom
- Building reception or concierge
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Any safe place where the carrier may have left the package

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will review the tracking information.
Depending on the situation and carrier investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
14. Order Cancellations Before Shipping
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Most orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, dispatched, or handed over to a fulfillment partner or carrier.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after receiving your order, subject to this Refund and Return Policy.
15. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to sender because:
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
- The customer refused delivery
- The customer failed to collect the package
- The carrier could not access the delivery location
- The package was returned after failed delivery attempts
Then we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, carrier fees, or other related costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
If you want the order to be shipped again, you may be responsible for the new shipping cost.
16. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final sale terms will be displayed on the product page, at checkout, or in the product description where applicable.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are happy to review the issue and help find a fair solution.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
We reserve the right to provide order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication history, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider if a dispute is opened.
18. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of suspected policy abuse, including but not limited to:
- Excessive return requests
- Returning used or worn items
- False claims of damage or non-delivery
- Chargeback abuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Reselling or unauthorized commercial purchasing
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time.
When we update this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Changes will not affect orders placed before the updated policy takes effect, unless required by law.
